The Providers (“we”, “us”, “our”) of the service provided by this web site (“Service”) are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts. Content submitted express the views of their author only. All content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available to the Service (“Content”) may be reviewed by staff members. All Content you submit or upload may be sent to third-party verification services (including, but not limited to, spam prevention services), private or confidential content(s) to be sumbitted or submitted must be in accordance to our private policy.

You agree not to use our Service to submit or link to any Content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws. You are responsible for your submitted content(s), and any harm resulting from the content(s) and including your usage of our website.

We may remove or modify any Content submitted at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion.

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice if we found out that you transferred or transferring the material(s) of this website electronically, printed or printing out the contents, selling any materials or deliberately tempering any belongings of this website without prior consent or holistic written to us.  

You are granting us with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your content in connection with the Service. The content(s) submitted, herein, automatically become the property of Mazananews and you can claim ownership within 12 days of submission.

You have until the first lecture to claim the refundment of the money you paid as a tuition fee. Once, lecture has begun, your fee cannot be refund. 

In case of certain circumstances (injury to oneself, illness, bereavement, not following up with lectures etc), you are entitled to apply for deferral, and extension. After you submitted your application and got approval, you have until 12 months to complete the course attached to your application. Failing to do so will incur an extra payment (range from 20% to 35% of the initial cost of the tuition fee) within a second stipulated period to complete your course. Not all submitted applications are approved for extension and so, make sure that you complete your course earlier once you have paid for it.

Before you purchase our products (textbooks, courses etc), make sure that you ask for preview. Once payment is made, the product sent to you and confirmed, no refundment is tenable and possible.

Our terms of use are liable to periodic update and may be changed at any time without notice. Please, make sure you visit our terms of use page, read and understand it before committing to our service.
